• All the documents Submitted should be true and correct.

• There should No created, Manipulated and unauthorized changes from original documents.

• If submitted information is false your affiliation will be seized.

• ID Card is not permitted transfer to any one or to any others.

• If any changes/transfer is permissible through authority only after paying the prescribed fee.

• Your Affiliation is not recognized if paying less fee.

• Duel Registration is not allowed, If find Your memberships will be Banned after enquiry by the Authority.

• Registered players is only eligible to play their own District / Institution.

• If player / District / Institution gets involved in any of the illegal activities against the State association, affiliation will be sized.

• If KHA ID Card Should Not be misused any Illegal activities.

• If the Dist association / institutions activities is found against the law and public interest.

• If the Dist association / institutions has misused the member ship amount received by the players and clubs & found not using the said amount for purpose of the association related activities.

• If the document Submitted by the Dist association / institutions is found to be full of objections and imperfection & if there is any complaint. Proved against the association / institutions.

• Registration copy with district ROS Is mandatory for affiliation & to be renewed Every Year.

• If the player / District / Institution fail to abide by the rules and regulations of the Karnataka Handball Association.

• Note: If the above conditions are violated, then the affiliation will automatically be ceased without notice and with immediate effect.
